My All Time Favorite’s: Amazon Prime Day Edition

Today is one of my favorite day’s over on Amazon which inspired this second edition to my favorite things. If you’d like to see all of my favorite’s and must-have’s for art and business you can do that here.

If you haven’t ever heard of Amazon Prime Day and you’re wondering what in the world I’m making such a fuss about, it’s basically a huge sale with tons of deals that goes from 2 p.m. CST Monday, July 16 through midnight Tuesday, July 17.

I have always felt strongly about sharing the stuff I’ve loved with my friends. I consider it selfish to keep it all to myself so below you’ll find all Amazon stuff I have bought, owned and loved and want to share with you too! Because I love you. You’re welcome!

Embroidered Mexican Peasant Blouse

I posted this picture on my Facebook and Instagram from Brennan’s birthday and I got a lot of comments about this shirt. I am obsessed with Mexican Peasant Blouse’s, this is my third one and my first from Amazon…it’s a must!

Leather Wrap Apple Watch Band

This was the first thin I got to go when I ordered my apple watch! I had been on the hunt for a leather band and couldn’t believe it when I found exactly what I was looking for on Amazon.

Babyliss PRO Nano Titanium Marcel Curling Iron 1 1.5″

I ordered this when I saw Ashlee from Little Lovelies Blog compare it to here very price T3. I love it!

Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Soft Waves Sea Salt Spray

Y’all, I don’t even know how long I’ve been using this stuff. It is a must for loose beachy waves or just some texture.

St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse

Okay.. I have to admit, I caved after I saw the trillienth person swear by this stuff. And now I get it. You have to order the mitt to go with it and it really does work. No orange. No streaks. And it doesn’t smell bad.

Bio-Oil Skincare Oil

I started really using Bio-Oil religiously after my thryroidectomy surgery. My grandmother even swears by this stuff. It is great for scars but also for wrinkles and sun spots, which I get a lot because of the different hormones and medications I take daily.

Studio Oh! Deconstructed Journal

Y’all know I’m a journaler. These are legit the only journal I will ever use. Because of the “deconstructed” spine, it lays completely flat when open so it’s super easy to write on both sides of the pages. And, they have super adorable covers. I love when I have to buy a new one!

Daily Light: Morning and Evening Devotional

This daily devo has been apart of my daily routine for over ten years now. I got it with as a part of our women’s ministry in a church my husband was a pastor at when we first got married. It’s a devotional that is only scripture, nothing else. I haven’t seen anything else like it.

Life Application Study Bible NLT

I get asked a lot what type of bible I use. Bart bought me this bible our first Christmas together and I absolutely love it. We have gifted this bible to lots of special people as well.

Favorite Books

Ruthless Trust: The Ragamuffin’s Path to God

This book. It’s not an easy read. Brennan Manning, the author, is controversial to some. He is also the author of another well-known book, and another fav of mine, The Ragamuffin Gospel. It’s one of those books for me where I can recall exactly where I was sitting and on what day when I read certain parts.

Feelings Buried Alive Never Die

I debated on sharing this book here, BUT transparency won out. This has been the most impactful book in my life over these last 3 years. It’s also one of the hardest books I’ve read…because it smacks you in the face with some powerful stuff you may have not been wanting to face. But because you do… life change!

Dangerous Wonder: The Adventure of Childlike Faith

Another gift from Bart, I think when we were dating. The author is very well-known in the Student Ministry world and was a favorite of Bart’s. It quickly became one of my favorites too. It’s an easy read and still very profound.

Where’d You Go, Bernadette

I had to include a light-hearted funny non-fiction in this group of deep read’s. If you are a creative you will definitely appreciate this book and totally relate to Bernadette! One of my favorite fiction read’s for sure!
